• Fall Members' Meeting—Agenda and Registration
  A complete agenda and opportunity for members to register online for the Fall Members' Meeting, Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at The Inn at Penn. View the agenda here. The Farash Lecturer will be Austan Goolsbee, member of President Obama's Council of Economic Advisers and staff director and chief economist of the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Attendance at the Fall Members' Meeting is free, but open only to Zell/Lurie Center members. • Eric and Beth Schlager Lecture Series on Real Estate Entrepreneurship
  Thomas J. Barrack, Jr., the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Colony Capital, LLC, will be the speaker at the first Eric and Beth Schlager Lecture on Real Estate Entrepreneurship. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. in Huntsman Hall. The event is open to students, faculty and members of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center. • Research Focus
  Both members and non-members may request hard copies of our working papers. Executive summaries are available to all site users, but the full texts of the papers are accessible to members only and are password-protected. Non-members may purchase a copy. Just click "request hard copy" next to the paper of your choice and fill out the online form.

  The Zell/Lurie Spring Members' Meeting of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 28-29, 2009 at the Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia. View the agenda. Our dinner speaker on Tuesday, April 28, will be Fareed Zakaria, foreign affairs analyst and editor of Newsweek International. The speaker on Wednesday, April 29 will be William McNabb of The Vanguard Group. If you are not a member of the Center you may register for the meeting online here. Members attend at no cost.
