• Las Vegas-$3.5 Billion new construction (8.8M Sf): 4,000 key Hotel/Condo/Convention/Casino resort on the Strip
• Miami-$1 Billion renovation: 1,500 key Hotel/Condo/Convention resort complex on Miami Beach
• International Pipeline-Vietnam (Ho Tram Lands), SE China (Hainan Island), Dubai (Palm Jebel Ali)
• Development Phase-Conducted project-level financial analysis; Managed overall development budget; reviewed contractor projections, construction cost forecasts, and operational soft cost projections; maintained relationships with local authorities (Clark County) and assisted with entitlements/approvals, completed all internal diligence, and directed LEED audit
