Annual Fall Members' Meeting
The annual Fall Members' Meeting was Friday, October 5, 2012 in Jon M. Huntsman Hall on the
campus of the University of Pennsylvania, with Farash Distinguished Lecturer Nate Silver,
political polling analyst for the New York Times and FivethirtyEight.com. Panels focused on
the single family housing sector, how major institutional investors are dealing with the
challenges of investing in an uncertain economic and political climate and what is going on
in the different property markets in terms of transactions and capital structures.
