Fall Members’ Meeting - 2002
The 2002 Fall Members’ Meeting will take place this year in Houston Hall, on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, Wednesday, October 16.
We have a full day of presentations planned, including three panel sessions on topics of vital current interest: "What Does the Future Hold for Real Estate Private Equity?" "Real Estate in the Post-Bubble Economy: The Institutional Investors View," and break-out sessions, A: "Are House Prices Sustainable?: Implications for Investing in High Price Markets" or B: "What Good Designs Are Out There and How Do You Tell?" There will also be a Farash Distinguished Lecture, and a report on the "State of the Center." A tentative Agenda will shortly be posted on the web site. The meeting will conclude at 3:45pm and will be followed by a private tour of the new state-of-the-art $120 million, 300,000 square-foot, Jon M. Huntsman Hall, which will be officially opened at the end of October.
The Fall Members’ Meeting is free but open only to Center members, faculty and students.
