Robert Olnick Case Development Fund
The Robert Olnick Case Development Fund has recently been established
at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center to enhance curriculum in the Wharton
Real Estate Department. The Fund will support case study development
and help bring prominent guest lecturers (Robert Olnick Distinguished
Lecturers) to supplement the academic experience of Wharton real estate
students. In addition, two outstanding students from advanced real estate
courses will be honored as Robert Olnick Scholars at the Spring Members’
Meeting. The Fund has been established by Sylvia Olnick in the name of
her late husband, Robert S. Olnick, a pioneer of the development of
residential housing in the Riverdale section of New York City. The Zell/Lurie
Real Estate Center would like to thank Sylvia Olnick for her generosity and
Center member Neil Rubler for his assistance in arranging the gift.
