California (WPRE)
Professor Gyourko was invited to San Francisco to speak at a
gathering of alumni who recently formed the Wharton/Penn
Alumni Real Estate Industry Group of Northern California (WPRE).
The event was held on September 19 at the Wharton West
building in downtown San Francisco. Professor Gyourko spoke

He also updated alumni on the state of the Zell/Lurie Center at
Wharton. WPRE hosted a kick-off event on June 18 consisting of
a tour of the new Wharton West Campus and hosting a cocktail
