Gifts and Pledges The Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center would like to provide particular recognition to Bradford Klatt, Roseland Property Group and Robert Toll, Toll Brothers. Brad Klatt provided a leadership gift for the establishment of an endowment fund to support teaching and research in the field of real estate development; Bob Toll has made a substantial gift toward completing this endowment. Dean Adler, Lubert-Adler Partners, and his wife Susanna Lachs Adler have pledged a gift to endow research and teaching in the field of real estate entrepreneurship. We will provide more information and appropriate recognition of these generous gifts at our Fall Meeting this coming October. We are grateful for the interest and dedication of our members, and are seeking similar gifts to establish such endowments for all courses offered by Wharton Real Estate.
