  • Led cross-functional team in the development of the first LEED Silver-certified residential building in Northern California: award-winning, $26 million, 98-unit environmentally sustainable, affordable and supportive housing development in downtown San Francisco, CA.
  • Secured entitlements and $20 million in financing from 10 different sources for new construction and adaptive-reuse of an historic building into 50 units of affordable family and senior housing in Marin County, CA.
  • Negotiated and managed a partnership with private development partner through the start of construction on $100 million, 228-unit senior affordable housing development in San Bruno, CA.
  • Structured acquisition financing and negotiated purchase agreement for acquisition-rehabilitation of 61-unit apartment complex in Hayward, CA.
