- Lead business development efforts for projects involving cultural & community amenities. Source & close new deals.

CAPITOL HILL ARTS CENTER, LLC Seattle, WA · 2002-2008 Developer, Property/General Manager, Producing Artistic Director - Raised capital and redeveloped a 20,000 sf auto-warehouse into a retail/office property, business incubator and arts center.
- As CFO, built financial models and periodic statements, managed P&Ls, and performed financial analysis for VC Board.
