Instructed over 100 student pilots.
- Naval Aircraft Mishap Investigator. Led over 40 investigations and implemented procedural and engineering changes affecting 11 helicopter squadrons comprised of over 85 aircraft and 3000 personnel.
- Led over 50 aviation and engineering experts in the first fleet review of Helicopter Training and Operations Manuals across 4 different models of Naval Helicopters, combining the best practices of four culturally different helicopter communities.
