  • Identified and analyzed distressed assets and competing firms, presenting findings to the executive board for potential acquisition by the firm
  • Developed a standardized rent roll system in conjunction with the VP Operations and COO that was implemented in all properties across all countries that will allow for more operational transparency at the group level and aid in the internalization of quarterly valuations, potentially saving the firm nearly €400,000 annually in valuation fees
