- Involved in the sourcing and structuring of ten investments (25 parcels totaling 11,260 acres acquired for approximately $180 million) located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi and North Carolina
- Developed strategic investment plan for targeting desirable markets through macro and regional demographical analysis
- Performed valuation and risk analysis, and created financial models, to assess the viability of potential investments
- Led the negotiation and creation of purchase agreements and joint venture contracts for new acquisitions
- Served as post-closing project manager for Colorado, Kansas, and Mississippi assets supervising operating partners, lawyers, entitlement consultants, and other third-party service providers
