  • Negotiated loan documents and all transaction terms including loan amounts, pricing, deal structures, and borrower/ lender rights.
  • Managed a team of two vice presidents and two analysts. Maintained a demanding travel schedule to meet weekly with clients across the US to discuss deal strategy and execution.
