• Key transactions included The Watergate in Washington DC, a $132 million deal named Finance Transaction of the Year in 2007 by GWCAR, and large deals for elite sponsors such as JEMB Realty, McCann Realty Partners, Silver Companies, JDH Capital, and Berkshire Property Advisors.
• Developed and supervised underwriting including Excel cash flow and pro-forma models, Argus models, and cash flow stress tests. Led committee presentations. Analyzed underlying assumptions of all transactions.
• Negotiated loan documents and all transaction terms including loan amounts, pricing, deal structures, and borrower/ lender rights.
• Managed a team of two vice presidents and two analysts. Maintained a demanding travel schedule to meet weekly with clients across the US to discuss deal strategy and execution.
