About the Wharton Real Estate Review
The Wharton Real Estate Review is a thoughtful and provocative forum for real estate's leading scholars, analysts, executives, and public officials to introduce new ideas, offer hypotheses, clarify thinking, present research and analytical findings, and promote widespread discussion of the industry's most crucial issues. The Wharton Real Estate Review is now published on-line only. The most recent issue of the Review is available now online for members of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center; it will be available on-line for non-members in April 2012.
