In the fall we welcomed the Class of 2028 to campus.

The University of Pennsylvania welcomed the Class of 2028, ushering in another year of strong academic interest in real estate. This fall, over 600 students enrolled in real estate courses.

The Joe Gyourko Pre-Doctoral Fund was established to honor Joe Gyourko's 27 years of leadership as Director.

This year's Ballard Executive Speaker Program brought eleven industry leaders to campus to speak with our students.
