2024-2025: The Year in Review

The Center announced a change in leadership.

At the Fall Members’ Meeting, Professor Joe Gyourko announced that 2024-2025 will be his final academic year as Director of the Zell/Luire Real Estate Center, concluding his 27-year tenure on June 30, 2025. Under his leadership, the Center saw tremendous growth in serving its students, faculty, members, and the broader real estate industry. Professor Maisy Wong will take over as Director of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center on July 1, 2025, continuing its core missions.
