Members of the Real Estate Clubs had a busy year, engaging in domestic treks, case competitions, and a variety of campus events.
The MBA Real Estate Club organized treks to global hubs like London, Dubai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, and Dallas. The Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club explored New York, Boston, London, Chicago, and Houston through their treks.
The Weitzman School of Design Real Estate Club led treks in Philadelphia, Norristown, and Washington D.C. The Penn Carey Law School Real Estate Club hosted several events, including “Hospitality & Leisure: Legal Perspectives and Business Trends,” in collaboration with Paul Hastings, and an “Introduction to Real Estate Law,” in partnership with Greenberg Traurig. PSWiRE also fostered community through various gatherings, including a networking event and a hot yoga event.
Students honed their skills at case competitions, including the Berkadia & NYU Stern Multifamily Investment Case Competition and the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Challenge. At the Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Challenge, Wharton’s team “Locust Walk Capital” won the Community Impact Award.
