2025-2026: The Year in Review
The Grayken Program in International Real Estate: London Meeting, was held at the Royal Automobile Club.
On May 20, 2026, the Center hosted its annual Grayken Program in International Real Estate in London, providing a vital platform to connect with Europe’s most influential real estate leaders. The event featured keynote speakers Scott Malkin and Sir Stephen Lovegrove, with their respective discussions moderated by Ian Marcus and Joe Gyourko.
The program also included two deep-dive panels: “Real Estate and Infrastructure: Convergence or Collision?” featuring panelists Ami Kotecha, Hugo Llewelyn, and Rachel Shone under the moderation of James Jacobs, and “Public and Private Real Estate: A Symbiotic Relationship?” moderated by Peter Papadakos and featuring Neil Abraham, Ben Bianchi, and Harm Meijer.
