2025-2026: The Year in Review

The five student Real Estate Clubs held many treks and Club events.

The Wharton Real Estate Club expanded its global reach this year with treks to the United Arab Emirates, New York, and San Francisco. Simultaneously, the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club led excursions to Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York, complemented by a local Philadelphia site tour of Alliance HP’s SoNo project in Northern Liberties. Undergraduate teams also represented their Club at competitive case competitions hosted by UT Austin, the SMU Cox School of Business, and Monmouth University.

The Weitzman School of Design further enriched student perspectives with treks to New York and Baltimore. Additionally, PSWiRE welcomed Dani Gastner, Managing Director at the Penn Endowment Fund, for a compelling speaker event where she shared her extensive industry expertise and career journey. Alongside these successful initiatives, the clubs hosted a diverse roster of guest speakers throughout the year, all of whom are highlighted at the bottom of this page.
