Support for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center is greatly appreciated. One important area that donors can support the Center is through the Joe Gyourko Pre-Doctoral Fellowship Fund, which honors Professor Gyourko by supporting post-undergraduate scholars engaging in cutting-edge real estate research. Another key opportunity is the Karen and Asuka Nakahara Fund for Student Success and Teaching Innovation, established to celebrate Asuka’s remarkable legacy and fund student mentorship, industry workshops, and innovative teaching tools including AI integration.
In addition to these specific initiatives, general donations are warmly welcomed to sustain and expand the Center’s ongoing programs. General support directly funds essential events and resources such as Young Professionals gatherings, Argus trainings, the Ballard Executive Luncheon Series, and seasonal Members’ Meetings.
