	Real Estate Career Fair Ninety-one companies took part in our twelfth annual Real Estate Career Fair, Friday, January 18, 2013. The fair creates an opportunity for company representatives to meet the University of Pennsylvania's best and brightest who are seriously interested in exploring the challenges and opportunities in the real estate profession. The Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center gratefully acknowledges the generosity of Jeff T. Blau (WG '92), who through the Jeff T. Blau Endowment for Student Placement, helped make this event possible. Mr. Blau is committed to supporting job placement initiatives for the University's real estate students, now and into the future. Openings in your company? 	Fall Members' Meeting The Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center Fall Members' Meeting took place on Friday, October 5, 2012 in Philadelphia. Jeremy Siegel, author of Stocks for the Long Run was the Research Sponsor dinner guest speaker. Keynote speaker was Nate Silver, noted political polling analyst and author of the New York Times polling blog, FiveThirtyEight.com. Panels included a focus on the single family housing sector, how major institutional investors are dealing with the challenges of investing in an uncertain economic and political climate and what is going on in the different property markets in terms of transactions and capital structures.
