Ashesh Parikh is the Head of Debt Asset Management, Structured Lending & Special Assets for Nuveen. Prior to joining Nuveen, he was Director of Originations & Capital Markets for Rubenstein Mortgage Capital, the inaugural high yield debt investment vehicle for Rubenstein Partners. He also co-founded Lock Three Partners, a multifamily investor focused on workforce housing in the Mid-Atlantic. His prior employment has largely focused on capital markets, both as a borrower (The JBG Companies) and lender (Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine).
Ashesh Parikh earned his MBA from Wharton, with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance, and his BA from the University of Virginia. He designed a course in Real Estate Debt and served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown’s McDonough Graduate School of Business from 2014 to 2019.
