Joe Gyourko Earns Mention in New York Times Article for Study of the Economic Implications of Housing Supply

A recent working paper created by Joe Gyourko, Nancy A. Nasher and David J. Haemisegger Director of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton, and his co-contributor, Ed Glaeser, earned mention in a recent New York Times Article. Gyourko and Glaeser’s paper, on the economic implications of housing supply, was featured prominently in the New York Times article, entitled “Why Falling Home Prices Could Be a Good Thing.”
