Andrew Flint is the Head of Business Development at VTS, the fastest growing software company in commercial real estate. Prior to VTS, Andrew spent nearly 10 years as a landlord and tenant-rep broker in midtown Manhattan, the last 7 of which were with JLL. Select landlord clients included Vornado Realty Trust, Sage Realty, KITA, CBS, SL Green, LCOR, Blackrock and HSBC. Select tenant clients included Aetna, First Republic Bank, MetLife, Bank of America and Springbok Capital among others. As one of the first users of VTS in late 2011, Andrew quickly realized the opportunity to help centralize leasing activity, analytics, and marketing onto a single platform, and joined VTS in April 2012. Since then VTS has established itself as the industry standard in leasing and asset management software, with over 1.7B RSF of assets being managed on behalf of TIAA-CREF, Boston Properties, Tishman Speyer, JPMC, Equity Office/Blackstone and more. Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado.
