Dave Yeager

Dave Yeager is the President of Radnor Property Group, LLC. and has a broad array of experience and skills in corporate real estate, advisory, property development and acquisitions. Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Yeager worked for IBM, a private national developer, a NYSE-listed REIT, and a real estate advisory firm. In his three decades of real estate experience, he has undertaken over $600 million in acquisitions and managed more than 7.5 million square feet of real estate projects. Since its founding, Radnor Property Group has developed or advised on over $400 million of real estate assets. In 2003 Dave took a temporary leave from RPG when he was appointed by Governor Edward G. Rendell to head the Governor's Action Team. As its Director he led the administration's efforts to recruit new business investment and real estate development to create jobs in Pennsylvania.
