Dennis Lopez is the CIO of Paris-based AXA Investment Managers Real Assets, the 5th largest Global Real Estate Investment Manager with €70 billion AUM. Mr. Lopez is responsible for Fund Management, Investor Relations and Research overseeing a team of 135 professionals. AXA Real Assets has a broad range of real estate investment strategies including: opportunistic, value added, core-plus, core, development, listed funds, regulated funds and separate accounts.
Mr Lopez's career spans over 25 years in Investment Banking and Real Estate Investment Management. Mr Lopez is a board member of NYSE listed American Campus Communities. Mr Lopez received his MBA from the University of California Los Angeles ("UCLA").
