Alan Feldman
Senior Fellow, Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School
Alan Feldman is a Senior Fellow at the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center. He is currently a Lecturer at the Wharton School, where he has taught Real Estate Development for the past 10 years.
Most recently he served as Chairman and CEO of Resource REIT prior to the sale to Blackstone in May 2022. At Resource, he helped craft the firm’s overall real estate investment strategy and oversaw the management of the firm’s real estate and securities portfolios for Resource and its affiliated entities for the past 20 years.
Prior to Resource, he held leadership roles at Lazard, Freres & Co. and at Pennsylvania REIT. He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University with honors and an M.B.A from the Wharton School.
