Phil Kirschner is a senior expert in McKinsey & Company’s Real Estate and People and Organizational Performance Practices. He has led multiple, large-scale workplace transformations and now advises executive teams on future, post-pandemic workplace strategies and real estate optimization, including the change management systems necessary to minimize resistance and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. Prior to McKinsey, Phil was a workplace strategy executive at WeWork, JLL, and Credit Suisse.
