Andrew Jonas
Global Co-Head, Real Estate Department, Goldman, Sachs & Co., LLC
Andy is co-head of the Real Estate department within Investment Banking, which is responsible for the firm’s global real estate, lodging and gaming business. He is also a member of the Investment Banking Executive Committee. Andy joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 as a vice president and was named managing director in 1999 and partner in 2006.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy was in the Real Estate department at Merrill Lynch. Before that, he worked for Ayala Land in Manila, Philippines, as a summer associate. Earlier in his career, Andy worked for Olympia & York and for Kidder Peabody as an analyst.
Andy is chairman of the Advisory Board for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Urban Land Institute.
