Justin is the Deputy Portfolio Manager for CBRE Investment Management’s $12B flagship, open-ended core fund, US Core Partners. He has been an integral member of the portfolio management team since the fund’s inception. He has been involved in and understands the technical details of every major aspect of the portfolio’s successful design and execution, including overall strategy formulation, portfolio modeling, transaction underwriting, property- and portfolio-level financing, and performance analysis and reporting. He has also been a key architect in the fund’s continued expansion into alternative sectors in the private real estate space, including leadership on the fund’s self-storage initiatives in particular.
Justin is an active member of NCREIF as the Vice Chair of the ODCE Inclusion Policy Committee, helping to define and evolve the industry’s sector categorization approach. He is also member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Council in the Americas, helping to set the group’s priorities and lead DE&I initiatives in the region.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, both from which he graduated magna cum laude.
