Katherine joined L+M Development Partners in 2015, focusing on developing mixed-use and mixed-income multifamily properties in the Northeast. As a Managing Director at LMXD, L+M’s mixed-income affiliate, she is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing development projects and growing the LMXD platform. She has led mixed-income developments totaling over $1.2B in value in New York City and Westchester, as well as acquisition efforts throughout the East Coast. Katherine is a development professional with 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors focusing on ground-up and redevelopment projects with complex entitlements and financing tools. She is a Board Member of WX, Women Executives in Real Estate.
Prior to L+M, Katherine was a Vice President at Extell Development Company, and has worked at the NYC Economic Development Corporation. Katherine grew up in Queens and graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. with Honors in Political Science and from the Wharton School with an M.B.A.
