Alex Burgoyne has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate markets of the UK and Europe. His experience is cross sector with a focus on complex development appraisals, portfolio valuations, strategic consulting, and analytical support to leading institutional investors and developers.
Alex leads the Global Data Centre Valuation Team having had wide experience in advising developers on data centre feasibility, institutional clients on investment, and operators on trading assets and platforms. He has valued data centres across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East as well as in numerous locations in APAC.
Based in Knight Frank’s Global HQ in Baker Street, London, Alex leads a team of qualified valuers and researchers dedicated to the data centre market.
