Jean-Philippe (JP) Establier is VP Acquisitions & Investments, EMEA, at Digital Realty, responsible for investments (greenfield or brownfield) and M&A activities across EMEA, as well as coordinating new market entries. Since joining Digital Realty in 2021, he has contributed to a wide range of land acquisitions across key markets, new market entries (Barcelona, Rome, Crete, Israel), strategic and financial joint ventures as well as non-core disposals, positioning the business to be the largest meeting place bringing together companies, technologies and data. Digital Realty is ideally positioned to enable and capitalise on the next wave of AI-driven growth.
Prior to joining Digital Realty, JP was a senior director at CBRE Capital Advisors, where he advised investors on transactions in the data centre sector and other operational real estate sub-sectors.
Before that he spent 10 years in Investment Banking at Barclays and ABN Amro, with a particular focus on M&A advisory in the Telecommunications, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in management and finance from HEC Business School.
