Pere Viñolas

Pere Viñolas is currently vice chairman and CEO of Inmobiliaria Colonial, a listed REIT with 12 bn of assets in Spain and France.
He joined the company in 2008. Previously, he was Head of Research and deputy CEO at the Barcelona Stock Exchange, CEO of Filo (a listed REIT in Spain), and CEO of Riva y García investment bank.
He serves also as Chairman of Société Foncière Lyonnaise, based in Paris.
He is also member of the board of directors of Banco Sabadell and Bluespace, a leading self storage company in Southern Europe.
He has been Chairman of EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, where he serves now as Board member.
He has been Chairman of the Urban land institute in Spain.
He has been Professor of Finance at ESADE , currently being a member of the board of Trustees.
