Stuart Crow leads JLL’s Capital Markets business in Asia Pacific, overseeing over 700 Commercial Investment, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and Hotels & Hospitality professionals. Stuart is responsible for providing investment and financial structuring advice for major real estate transactions across the region for JLL
Experience
Stuart has over 25years’ experience in the property finance and investment sector and has been based in Singapore for 22 years. He has worked across all the major real estate markets in Asia Pacific and concentrates on identifying debt and equity investment opportunities / trends for cross border investors. He also specializes in assisting clients with their market entry and investment strategies.
On behalf of owners, investors and developments, Stuart has assisted in raising > USD20 b of foreign capital over the past three years for direct real estate or joint venture transactions. Stuart leads a team across the region that has been ranked the #1 advisor in Asia Pacific for 8 of the last 10 years according to Real Capital Analytics (RCA) and has personally been involved in the region’s largest transactions.
