Kian Sin is the Head of Real Estate Investment at AIA Investment Management and is responsible for driving and implementing the expansion of AIA Group's global real estate investment strategies. Based in Singapore, Kian Sin has a long track record of managing indirect and direct real estate investments for global insurers, real estate developer and fund management platforms. Prior to joining AIA in 2021, Kian Sin held senior fund management roles with Aviva Investors, LaSalle Investment and Aberdeen Asset Management, responsible for indirect real estate investments in the Asia Pacific region. Kian Sin also worked with Mapletree Investments and Prudential Financial.
