Charlene Huang
Head of Real Estate APAC and Regional Head of APAC – Unified Global Alternatives Managing Director
Charlene Huang is Regional Head of APAC for Unified Global Alternatives as well as the Head of APAC for Unified Global Alternatives – Real Estate. She is responsible for investment selection and growing the Private Markets client and product franchise in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to this, Charlene was part of the Real Estate & Private Markets business where she was appointed APAC Portfolio Manager in December 2014.
Charlene is a voting member of the Unified Global Alternatives – Real Estate Global Investment Committee as well as the UBS Asset Management APAC Management Committee. She is also the Deputy Country Head of UBS Asset Management (Singapore) and a Board member of UBS Asset Management (Singapore).
Prior to relocating to Singapore in 2011, Charlene was working with the MM-RE team in London where she worked on the wind down of a large global portfolio of indirect real estate positions and investment programs. Charlene first started her career as an analyst at UBS Wealth Management in 2007.
Prior to this, Charlene worked for MSCI-IPD in the UK, with a focus on performance analysis for real estate funds and companies.
