This summer the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center offered a series of hour-long panel discussions over Zoom. We were joined by a great set of industry leaders and a couple of our faculty to discuss a variety of topics including; what is going on in the single-family residential sector (both homebuilding and single-family rental), how to think about and manage investment risk at this unique point in time, and whether the COVID crisis is going to change how we use dense cities for living and working going forward. You can view a recording of each panel by clicking on the event title listed below. You will need to use the password provided by the Center in your email to access the video. If you cannot locate this email please contact Zell/Lurie Program Coordinator, Hannah Malloy at hmalloy@wharton.upenn.edu for the password.
