2014-2015: The Year in Review

Treks and Trips

The four campus real estate clubs—The Wharton MBA Real Estate Club, the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club, the Penn School of Law Real Estate Club, and the Penn School of Design Real Estate Club—took trips to visit developers, investors, projects, and other industry experts, and hosted industry panels.

The School of Design Real Estate Club trekked to Washington, D.C. to visit Forest City’s “The Yards,” PN Hoffman’s “The Wharf,” Hines’ “CityCenter DC,” and several of JBG’s developments on 14th and U Streets.
The MBA Real Estate Club traveled to New York to meet with Related Companies.
The Penn School of Law Real Estate Club invited Elliot Kowalski of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver,& Jacobson; Rich Slavin of Ballard Spahr; Jillian Schroeder-Fenlon of Ballard Spahr; and David Gardner of Duval & Stachenfeld to discuss real estate law with club members on October 22.
