Enrico Sanna

Chief Executive Officer, The Office Group

Born in Italy, and arriving in London via Boston, New York and Miami, Enrico founded Fora in 2015 with a single-minded mission to reimagine the office experience for the modern worker. Built on the idea of combining the best of hospitality, members clubs, hotels and coworking spaces, Fora was backed from inception by Brockton Capital and has grown to 20 workspaces in London, Reading, Oxford and Cambridge. In 2021, Fora was named one of the 100 best companies to work for and has attracted a number of awards across design, wellbeing and sustainability.

A born strategist, prior to founding Fora Enrico enjoyed over a decade as a consultant with Oliver Wyman, working on emerging markets, and gaining an MBA from MIT along the way. Driven by his entrepreneurial passion to work in a business rather than simply on it, he traded his consultancy career for investment banking. After a stint with American Express as Head of Strategy, he joined Deutsche Bank, ultimately running the $40bn Operating Assets business globally as Managing Director. Whilst here Enrico also served as Executive Chairman of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, taking it from an operating loss of $35m to a profit of $155m in just three years. Additionally, he served as Chairman of Maher Terminals, the largest container terminal on the east coast of the US and on the board of Actavis, the fifth largest generic pharmaceutical company in the world.

As CEO of The Office Group, Enrico sets the strategy, direction, and culture for the newly combined business, supported by an experienced executive team.

“More companies than ever are recognising the importance of well-designed workspaces, conducive to employee well-being and productivity. The Office Group is not just about property, it is a business entirely focused on the customer and the enormous value that they can achieve from collaborative, healthy workplaces. As the saying goes ‘culture eats strategy for breakfast’, and my focus will be on creating one company with one culture where the combined team can thrive and are empowered to do their best work.”
