A talk about Penn's current real estate holdings and future plans delivered by Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services, Anne Papageorge.
Marty Burger, CEO, Silverstein Properties, Inc., directed a panel of tech leaders on a discussion on real estate technology businesses.
Denise Olsen, Senior Managing Director, GEM Realty Capital, Inc. and Carl B. Tash, Chief Strategist, Starwood Retail Partners, organized a cohort breakout session. The session featured an engaging discussion, led by Robert P. Ingram, Richard King Mellon Professor of Finance at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Professor Inman's discussion focused on how public policy impacts real estate investing.
