Robert B. Bellinger, President and CEO, ASB Real Estate Investments, led a discussion on innovations in building design.

A talk about Penn's current real estate holdings and future plans delivered by Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services, Anne Papageorge.

Marty Burger, CEO, Silverstein Properties, Inc., directed a panel of tech leaders on a discussion on real estate technology businesses.

Denise Olsen, Senior Managing Director, GEM Realty Capital, Inc. and Carl B. Tash, Chief Strategist, Starwood Retail Partners, organized a cohort breakout session. The session featured an engaging discussion, led by Robert P. Ingram, Richard King Mellon Professor of Finance at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
