This year's Fall Members' Meeting was held on Friday, October 21, 2016.

We continued to perfect our cohort breakout session format for members during our Fall Members' Meeting. This year's sessions included a "shark tank" style session, managed by cohort leader Mitch Clarfield, Senior Managing Director, Berkeley Point Capital.

Robert B. Bellinger, President and CEO, ASB Real Estate Investments, led a discussion on innovations in building design.

A talk about Penn's current real estate holdings and future plans delivered by Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services, Anne Papageorge.

Marty Burger, CEO, Silverstein Properties, Inc., directed a panel of tech leaders on a discussion on real estate technology businesses.

Denise Olsen, Senior Managing Director, GEM Realty Capital, Inc. and Carl B. Tash, Chief Strategist, Starwood Retail Partners, organized a cohort breakout session. The session featured an engaging discussion, led by Robert P. Ingram, Richard King Mellon Professor of Finance at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Professor Inman's discussion focused on how public policy impacts real estate investing.
