2024-2025: The Year in Review

The Center facilitated career connections through both its in-person and virtual Career Fairs.

Our 24th Career Fair was held at Houston Hall on Penn’s Campus.

Thanks to the Jeff T. Blau Endowment for Student Placement, the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center successfully hosted its Career Fair on January 24, 2025, at the University of Pennsylvania. The Center gratefully acknowledges Jeff T. Blau for his ongoing commitment to our real estate students’ career prospects through this vital endowment.

The Center’s Career Connections took place online.

In an effort to facilitate more connections between students and companies, the Center organized a virtual career fair in the spring. This week-long, virtual event provided one-on-one meetings between real estate executives of Member companies and our real estate students. The Career Connections event successfully facilitated over 200 meetings between 30 companies and over 150 students.
