This year’s Fall Members’ Meeting began the evening of October 22, 2020, with a presentation by Wharton Dean Erika H. James over Zoom. Trained as an organizational psychologist, Dean James is a leading expert on crisis leadership, workplace diversity, and management strategy. Her presentation titled Leading Teams in Crisis explored how individuals and leaders define and react to crises.
