2024-2025: The Year in Review
The Joe Gyourko Pre-Doctoral Fund was established to honor Joe Gyourko’s leadership and already received over a million in pledges and gifts towards $2 million goal.
To honor Joe Gyourko’s 27 years as Director, the Center unveiled the Joe Gyourko Pre-Doctoral Fund at the Spring Members’ Meeting. This fund recognizes Joe’s lasting impact on the real estate program and the profession. We are hoping for a full $2 million in donations. The Center wishes to recognize a generous, flagship gift of $180,000 by an anonymous donor. Together with other supporters, this gift brings pledges and donations thus far to over a million.
