Acquisitions and Development
- Responsible for all aspects of the real estate investment and development cycle including identifying and evaluating opportunities, underwriting, analyzing due diligence materials, preparing investment memorandums, budgeting, entitlements, design, construction, sales and marketing, leasing, management and divestitures
- Work intimately and develop relationships with partners, funds, banks, brokers, lawyers, architects, engineers, tenants, property managers, homeowners associations, community, local government officials and the media
- Lead a $500 million, 2.5 million sq. ft. high-end, oceanfront, mixed-use, for-sale residential and retail development project
- Led the refinancing and subsequent divestiture of a 32-story, 372,000 sq. ft. apartment tower
- Managed the redesign and sale of a 132,250 sq. ft. retail center
- Assisted in the off-shore sale of a 50-story, 895,000 sq. ft. mixed-use tower consisting of grade-A office space, a Four Seasons Hotel and Four Seasons-branded luxury apartments
